Dear S.6 Parents and Students,
In light of the highly contagious novel coronavirus, the Education Bureau announced that all schools would resume classes on 20 April the earliest; however, the exact date of class resumption is subject to further assessment. It has been announced that the 2020 Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE) will continue as per the original schedule. Written examinations will commence on 27 March as scheduled. Please pay attention to the following arrangements for S.6 students:
- 2020 HKDSE Admission Forms, Instructions to Candidates, surgical face masks and other items will be available from 9th March to 12th March for collection. S6 students are expected to visit the General Office in person during office hours before collecting them in the School Hall.
- Students are reminded to download PDFs of SLPs via the e-mail on 3rd April so that they can upload their SLPs via their JUPAS accounts.
- Students will receive their report cards and final version of SLPs during the Graduation Ceremony scheduled to take place on 30th May.
- To reduce possible risks of viral infections and safeguard the health of everyone, all students are reminded to wear surgical masks on campus and maintain high standards of personal hygiene and cleanliness at all times. If students feel unwell before returning to school, they are strongly advised to stay home and rest.
Please read the documents carefully and ensure that all information is factually correct and accurate. Should you have any enquiries, please do not hesitate to contact the School general office or Mr. Chan Kong Keung of the Academic Affairs Committee at 2109 4000 on or before 13 March 2020.
May God bless you and keep you.
Mr. Law Wai Man
