within our Hearts: Faith, Hope and Love<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>By Mr. Law Wai Man, Principal<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Recently, Hong Kong society has been filled with conflicts, negatives, and disagreements. Faced with these challenges and hard times, our youths may feel frustrated, lost and even disillusioned. In times of doubt, difficulty, and trials, I hope to shed light upon our fundamental beliefs about God: faith, hope, and love, so as to encourage everyone.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Faith<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Regardless of the circumstances, God is faithful. God not only made the world, but He also maintains and manages the world, working his divine purposes out in history and in our lifetimes while seeing through the hearts and minds of people. We can rest assured that our heavenly Father is perfectly righteous\u2014he conforms very exactly to His own holiness, which is not one of man\u2019s devising. God has His timetable and plan. God is in complete control of everything and everyone from everlasting to everlasting, working behind the scenes to bring His purpose to the conclusion He has foreordained. Therefore, it is my hope that we will continue to live in faith and pray for God\u2019s perfect timing, soul-soothing\u00a0peace\u00a0and wondrous grace, no matter what\u2019s weighing on us. Let\u2019s pour out worries, anxieties, and fears at God\u2019s feet. God will make a way for us, giving us\u00a0His peace\u00a0by\u00a0all means.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hope<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the midst of widespread despair and hopelessness, God the Father Almighty consistently gives us a hope that will give us strength and assurance. The hope that God offers does not disappoint us. Do not limit ourselves to short-sighted thinking, for the temporary struggles we have been facing today are transient, and will ultimately pass away. If we look closely at a musical symbol, we might just see a black dot. However, if we look at it at a distance, it is a beautiful song composed of numerous symbols. God is our Heavenly Father, and He created us in His image. We should know that God has a plan for us, and that it is a good one. Let\u2019s hold on to the hope that God is in control. Let\u2019s learn to see things with God&#8217;s eyes by seeking God and His will. We will be able to find the meaning and purpose of life.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Love<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Love is a precious gift from God. In the midst of social unrest,\u00a0never forget\u00a0that\u00a0God loves us\u00a0and He has a plan for us. No matter what our current situation is, remember that God is by our side at all times. Allow God&#8217;s words, rather than hatred, discrimination and prejudice, to penetrate our hearts. Always thank God for giving us parents, teachers, friends and family and keep conflicts and disputes away. Let\u2019s grow\u00a0in\u00a0God&#8217;s love\u00a0and support each other. Let\u2019s ask God to help us forgive others, just as He forgave us.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Hope each and every student can hold fast to our faith, hope and love without wavering.
